Logistics Specialist

About the role

WSL Smart Logistics is seeking a full‑time Logistics Specialist to join its Riyadh team. The role will operate from the company’s control tower, coordinating transportation, monitoring fleet utilization, and ensuring real‑time visibility of shipments across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily logistics operations using the control tower system.
• Coordinate transportation planning and execution to meet delivery schedules.
• Track fleet movement and optimise vehicle utilisation.
• Analyse logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support centralized planning and maintain dashboards for performance reporting.
• Ensure real‑time tracking, reporting of shipments and compliance with logistics policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in logistics processes.
• Assist in implementing smart logistics technologies and systems.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and support emergency logistics planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• Preferred certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
