About the role
The Managing Director provides strategic direction and operational leadership for the organization, ensuring alignment of all functions with corporate goals and fostering a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that support the organization’s vision.
- Lead all departments, promoting collaboration and synergy across functions.
- Oversee executive team execution of operational plans and monitor performance against growth metrics.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation to ensure financial stability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with board members, investors and industry partners.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and industry standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience.
- Proven track record of creating and executing strategic plans that drive growth.
- Extensive experience in financial management, risk management and corporate governance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the organization to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability to lead through change and transformation.
