Mechanical Engineer Training (Tamheer)

About the role

This 6‑month Mechanical Engineer training (Tamheer) program is designed for recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in industrial mechanical projects. Trainees will work on design, installation, and maintenance tasks for equipment such as generators, turbines, HVAC units, and boilers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare designs and plans for mechanical engineering projects, including generators, turbines, air‑conditioning units, boilers, and heating‑ventilation‑air‑conditioning (HVAC) distribution networks.
• Develop assembly and installation programs for mechanical equipment in industrial settings and define control and automation systems.
• Create equipment operation manuals and preventive maintenance programs in line with manufacturers’ instructions, and monitor their implementation.
• Develop and update work methods and procedures while staying current with technological developments.
• Produce specialized documents and reports, track project progress, present findings, and maintain records in the designated database according to approved policies.

Required profile

• Trainee enrolled in the Tamheer program.
