Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Onboarding Specialist will join Avensys’ HR team in Al Khobar to ensure a smooth and engaging entry experience for new hires. You will coordinate all pre‑start and first‑day activities, helping newcomers become productive members of the organisation quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for all new employees.
• Prepare and verify joining documentation, contracts and system access rights.
• Conduct orientation and induction sessions to introduce company policies, culture and tools.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Administration and hiring managers to align onboarding steps.
• Maintain accurate employee records and track onboarding progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• 0‑1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduate.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
