Production Manager – Façade & Metal Works

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our façade, aluminium, wood, carpentry, duct, metal sheet and panel board operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the entire production process, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency while managing a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet project deadlines.
• Lead and supervise production teams across multiple material lines.
• Monitor quality control procedures and enforce safety standards.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets and assess operational risks.
• Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Production or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia; candidates must be Indian nationals.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
