Project Manager – Technology Projects (Travel to Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead technology‑focused projects, working closely with our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction while traveling on‑site for the majority of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, estimate costs, set budgets, and establish quality requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources, estimating activity durations and managing changes.
• Control project costs, margins, and inter‑dependencies with other initiatives.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate project status regularly.
• Perform risk management, develop mitigation strategies, and report unresolved issues.
• Monitor team workload, analyze progress, and produce status reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Lead, coach, and develop the project team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and advise on new opportunities.
• Comply with internal procedures, policies, external regulations, and identify new project opportunities.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 70 % of the time to Riyadh and work on‑site.
• Flexibility, comfort with frequent travel, and eligibility for a business visa.
• Strong commitment to being present where the work happens.
• Proven experience in managing complex technology projects.
