Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team at Dingli KSA in daily operations, focusing on import customs clearance, logistics coordination and order follow‑up. The role requires strong communication, organization and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts and maintaining sales records, with special attention to import documentation and customs procedures.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, pricing, order status, import shipments and logistics updates.
• Coordinate import customs clearance and logistics with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) and external agents to guarantee timely delivery and correct invoicing.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support performance analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence and office supply management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in import customs clearance and logistics coordination.
• Solid experience in order follow‑up for industrial manufacturing enterprises or trading companies.
• Fluent English (listening and speaking) – mandatory.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with CRM/ERP software.
