Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. You will work with global clients to shape strategy, drive transformation, and unlock value through data‑driven insights and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key business challenges and growth opportunities across the Cards & Payments portfolio.
• Partner with product, risk, marketing, operations, and digital stakeholders to frame hypotheses and define problem statements.
• Lead complex, multi‑industry client engagements from inception to delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic programs for regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology.
• Translate strategic questions into structured projects with clear success metrics.
• Maintain senior client relationships, engaging stakeholders from mid‑level to C‑suite.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting roles with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to partner with business leaders and deliver end‑to‑end consulting engagements.
• Track record of driving measurable impact for clients.
