Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IAM Consultant with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to design, implement, and enhance enterprise Identity Governance and Access Management solutions for a leading client.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and related governance solutions.
• Implement RBAC models, roles, entitlements, SoD policies, and access certification campaigns.
• Automate Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes, provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Develop and maintain IdentityIQ workflows, rules, forms, approval processes, and BeanShell/Java logic.
• Onboard and integrate applications using Web Services, JDBC, delimited files and other connectors.
• Configure identity and entitlement aggregation, account correlation, lifecycle events and provisioning policies.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, provisioning and aggregation issues in production environments.
• Support IAM audits, compliance requirements, access reviews and security controls.
• Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, HR, infrastructure, security and compliance teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, deployment plans and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong background in IAM, identity governance, access management and compliance controls.
• Proven experience with RBAC, SoD, access certifications and JML automation.
• Client‑facing or consulting experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
