ServiceNow Functional Consultant – CRM Solutions

About the role

Systems Arabia is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant to design, configure, and deliver ServiceNow CRM solutions covering Lead‑to‑Contract and Contract‑to‑Cash processes. You will work closely with clients, developers, and project teams to ensure successful implementation and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Configure ServiceNow CRM/SFA modules such as leads, opportunities, accounts, and contracts.
• Design and support approval workflows, quotation processes, and contract lifecycle workflows.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations with ERP and finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Support UAT activities, resolve issues, and deliver end‑user training.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow functional consulting experience, preferably in CRM, Lead‑to‑Contract or Contract‑to‑Cash implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ServiceNow CIS certification preferred.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• ServiceNow CRM, CSM, SFA, Contract Management modules.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Integration experience with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ServiceNow CIS certification (preferred).
