Supply Chain Planning Analyst (S&OP & Planning Analytics)

About the role

The S&OP & Planning Analytics Specialist supports the Supply Chain Planning Department by turning raw planning data into actionable insights. The role focuses on reporting, analytics, data preparation, automation, and performance visibility across demand, supply, inventory, distribution, and key planning metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring planning reports covering demand, supply, inventory, distribution, availability, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and analytical reports.
• Build and optimise SQL queries for sales, inventory, demand, and supply data.
• Use advanced Excel, Power Query, and M language to clean, transform, model, and automate reports.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, and consistency before publishing.
• Analyse planning performance, highlight variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare S&OP reporting packs for Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre‑S&OP, and Executive S&OP meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting quality, dashboard usability, data accuracy, and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field related to supply chain, business, engineering, or similar).
