Technical Field Engineer – Sales Support

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Field Engineer to join our Sales Support team. The role combines deep lubrication expertise with customer‑facing activities, supporting sales and ensuring optimal performance of industrial and mobile equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lubrication audits on industrial and mobile equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis for engines, compressors, gearboxes and other critical assets.
• Diagnose lubrication‑related failures such as contamination, wear and improper application.
• Support sales teams in customer meetings, presenting product strengths and recommending suitable lubrication solutions.
• Design and manage oil‑sampling programmes, coordinate with laboratories and interpret test results.
• Discuss findings with customers and provide actionable technical recommendations.
• Deliver technical training sessions and presentations.
• Prepare professional technical reports and audit summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and automotive lubrication systems.
• Experience in oil analysis and laboratory coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and customers.
