Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will lead all logistics activities within a manufacturing environment, ensuring material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery of finished goods. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on operational oversight to support production efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics, including forecasting, material availability, production planning, and inventory level definition.
• Oversee operational logistics, ensuring raw material, master batch, and packaging flow meet quality, quantity, and timing requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics data in ALPLA Prod and Oracle systems and supervise material handling equipment.
• Design and implement warehousing strategies for production and finished‑product storage.
• Control outbound logistics, managing warehousing, transportation, and delivery to customers while optimizing shipping methods and carrier rates.
• Develop and review logistics SOPs, KPIs, cost‑saving initiatives, and 5S implementation.
• Lead performance evaluations, lean management projects, and budget support activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• More than 5 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, both internal and external.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with logistics-specific systems and ERP platforms such as Oracle and ALPLA Prod.
