About the role

The Wellness Counselor at Miraval The Red Sea provides professional mental and emotional wellness support to guests seeking balance, clarity, and personal growth. This role blends evidence‑based therapeutic techniques with mindfulness and holistic coaching to create individualized and group experiences that foster resilience and self‑awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group wellness sessions using cognitive‑behavioral approaches, mindfulness‑based stress reduction (MBSR), and solution‑focused techniques.
• Develop and lead workshops on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, stress reduction, and self‑awareness.
• Collaborate with the integrative wellness team to design personalized guest programs and multidimensional well‑being journeys.
• Maintain confidential, culturally respectful documentation in line with Saudi Arabian wellness and hospitality standards.
• Support the Serenity Center team by sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to create a supportive, confidential environment for diverse guests.
• Commitment to professional ethics, cultural sensitivity, and continuous learning in wellness practices.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team within a hospitality or wellness setting.
