3D Designer – Events & Exhibitions

About the role

We are seeking a creative 3D Designer to join our on‑site team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact visual concepts for events, exhibitions, conferences and activations, turning client ideas into compelling 2D and 3D designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic and 3D designs for booths, event layouts, stages, backdrops and branding elements.
• Develop presentation visuals, design proposals and creative concepts from concept to final production.
• Prepare clear design files for client presentation and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements, incorporate feedback and meet tight deadlines.
• Support urgent projects and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proven experience in booth graphic design and 3D design for events, exhibitions or conferences.
• Ability to handle full‑project visuals from concept through to final design.
• Strong attention to detail, understanding of branding, dimensions, materials and production needs.
• Fluent Arabic; English is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh.
