Account Manager - Jeddah (Working Capital Fintech)

About the role

Aajil is a Saudi, Sharia-compliant B2B working-capital fintech for the industrial supply chain, serving contractors, traders and manufacturers. It runs its lending business on an internal product suite covering credit decisioning, collections, deal processing, the sales platform, document intelligence and an AI outbound engine. The Account Manager in Jeddah builds his own pipeline from scratch, owns the full sales cycle and works mostly on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Identify contractors, traders and manufacturers who need working capital and get them in the room
• Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate and close deals, from first call to signed deal
• Most deals come from referrals, cold visits and calls to people in your network, not inbound leads
• Track registrations, activations and GMV, and keep the pipeline clean by updating the CRM and flagging blockers early
• Spot patterns in segments and verticals and share them with the team

Required profile

• Experience selling to contractors, traders or industrial businesses, or on the supplier side (steel, pipes, cables, equipment, building materials)
• Book of contacts and ability to close deals without a system or warm inbound
• Knowledge of the construction and trading markets in KSA
• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, including some in construction, industrial supply, logistics or trading
• Fluent Arabic and English
