Account Receivable Manager – Healthcare (Saudi National)

About the role

Danaher is seeking an experienced finance leader to own end‑to‑end accounts receivable, credit management, collections and cash application functions for its healthcare business in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strong financial governance with commercial insight, acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of monthly account statements for distributors, service accounts, the Ministry of Health (MOH) and NUPCO.
• Handle, process and reconcile customer statements, payment allocations and cash applications.
• Support credit‑note processing and lead resolution of disputes with delinquent customers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments each month to ensure accurate and timely allocation of AR invoices.
• Partner with the Service department to support contract renewals and ensure contractual and financial compliance.
• Lead monthly ageing‑report reviews, perform detailed analysis and define collection strategies.
• Manage bad‑debt exposure, lead quarterly closing assessments and develop risk‑mitigation plans.
• Oversee key strategic customer accounts across Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Saudi national with extensive experience in accounts receivable, credit management, collections and trade finance.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.
• Strong leadership and governance skills, with a track record of improving cash flow and supporting business growth.
