Accountant – Bookkeeping & Reporting Specialist

About the role
The Accountant will maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with standards and smooth financial flows within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and ledger entries.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, payment vouchers and financial reports.
- Handle supplier payments and follow‑up on customer accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses.
- Maintain proper accounting files and documentation.
- Support the finance team with monthly reporting and account management.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Understanding of invoices, payment entries, expense tracking and basic VAT procedures.
- Excellent communication, organization and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
