Admin and QHSE Coordinator

About the role

The Admin and QHSE Coordinator supports both human resources and quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) functions. The role works closely with the Country Manager, HR team and Quality Manager to ensure smooth administration, accurate data for budgeting, and compliance with QHSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide audit support for HR operations, recommend improvements, and manage employee documentation.
• Implement and follow up on all HR administration tasks, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
• Gather and analyse data for budgeting, cost‑saving initiatives, and human‑capital reporting.
• Assist the Quality Manager in developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines, and promote organizational values.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee files, conduct exit interviews, and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to establish and document quality, environment, and security procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead internal and external QHSE audits.
• Contribute to setting QHSE goals and targets within the strategic plan.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate the Country Safety Plan, supporting occupational health and safety strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in an administrative or HR generalist role, preferably with exposure to compensation, talent management, or learning and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred; alternatively, at least 3 years of junior‑level HR experience.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
