About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for clinical, administrative and support positions within a healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures timely staffing while complying with Saudi labor law, Saudization targets and healthcare licensing requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies for clinical and non‑clinical roles, coordinating with hiring managers for approvals and interview scheduling.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies and internal databases.
- Screen CVs, verify professional licenses (e.g., SCFHS) and support assessment, selection and offer processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the HRIS/ATS and generate reports on time‑to‑hire, vacancy status and Saudization metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD and Nitaqat requirements, promoting fair and transparent hiring practices.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies, universities and participate in job fairs and career events.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (required); SHRM‑CP or CIPD certification (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to produce recruitment and compliance reports.
