About the role

We are looking for a versatile AI Video Creator and Editor to produce short, high‑impact videos such as Reels, TikToks and ads. The role blends creative storytelling with cutting‑edge AI tools to deliver marketing messages that capture attention within the first three seconds.

Key responsibilities

• Generate visual and audio content using AI video generation tools.
• Write precise prompts (prompt engineering) to obtain optimal AI outputs aligned with client identities.
• Perform rapid, dynamic editing that includes interactive captions, sound effects and trending audio.
• Translate marketing strategies into engaging video concepts focused on a strong hook and clear call‑to‑action.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social‑media trends and integrate them into agency and client projects.
• Manage time effectively to deliver the agreed number of videos each week without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience with a strong portfolio of short videos, including projects that used AI tools.
• High marketing and artistic sense to design ads that drive sales and engagement.
• Startup mindset with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Self‑research ability to solve technical issues and continuously explore new AI tools.
