Airport Manager – Western Europe

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee airport operations across its Western Europe outstations. The role combines hands‑on leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective services for passengers and airline partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ground handling operations, including passenger services, ramp, check‑in, baggage, lounge, and ticketing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Improve guest experience and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Represent Riyadh Air at AOC meetings, airport committees, and regulatory forums.
• Liaise with customs, immigration, airport operators, and other authorities.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the airport team, including frontline leaders and customer‑service staff.
• Oversee safety, service quality, and operational excellence across the network.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in airport or ground operations.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2 global airports.
• Proven track record managing passenger services, ramp, baggage handling, and load control.
• Experience with station start‑up or launch is a plus.
