About the role
We are looking for an Analyzer Technician to join a reputable company operating in Saudi Arabia. The role involves installing, commissioning, calibrating and maintaining gas and liquid analyzers on site, supporting shutdowns and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Install and commission gas and liquid analyzers (O2, CO, CO2, H2S, pH, conductivity, GC, etc.).
- Perform routine calibration, preventive maintenance and accuracy verification.
- Troubleshoot analyzer faults, sensor issues, sampling system problems and signal errors.
- Maintain service reports, calibration records and maintenance logs.
- Support plant shutdowns/turnarounds and provide technical assistance to site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hazardous area requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Electronics.
- 2–3 years of experience in analyzer service/maintenance, preferably field experience.
- Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams and loop drawings.
Required skills
- Instrumentation operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of sampling systems, detectors and sensors.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus and HART.
- Calibration and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Interpretation of P&IDs, wiring diagrams and loop drawings.
- Compliance with safety and hazardous area standards.
