Architect Manager – Luxury Assets

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Architect Manager to lead the design and delivery of high‑end luxury asset projects. The role combines creative vision with rigorous project management to ensure every development meets the highest standards of luxury, functionality, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and management of luxury asset projects, aligning with the Soudah Development vision and brand identity.
• Develop and implement architectural policies, plans, and best practices tailored to luxury developments.
• Select materials, finishes, and technologies that enhance luxury appeal while meeting sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth information flow and project alignment.
• Translate complex design concepts into feasible architectural solutions and oversee all design phases from concept to completion.
• Prepare and manage RFP documents, evaluate proposals, and guide contract negotiations.
• Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with luxury standards, building codes, and QA/QC systems.
• Conduct site inspections to verify execution quality and resolve design‑related issues.
• Integrate cutting‑edge architectural technologies and lead value‑engineering workshops to optimise design without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Seasoned architect with extensive experience in luxury asset design.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
