Architecture Consultant

About the role

Alosaimi Consulting is seeking an experienced Architecture Engineer to join a major project in Jeddah. The role requires immediate availability and residency in Saudi Arabia, offering the chance to lead architectural design and site supervision on a high‑profile development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings.
• Supervise architectural site works and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Review material submittals, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, Saudi codes, and authority regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and monitor site progress.
• Support project coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishing works.
• Experience on commercial, residential, governmental, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi codes and regulations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with immediate availability.
