Assistant to Managing Director

About the role

BENTELER Group is launching a new high‑tech automotive plant in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). As one of the first members of the leadership support team, you will work directly with the Managing Director to ensure smooth daily operations and help establish the foundation of this greenfield project.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive‑level administrative support to the Managing Director.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and track follow‑ups.
• Coordinate regional and international travel, including visas, logistics, accommodations and itineraries.
• Prepare, review and translate documents, presentations, reports and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Act as the primary communication liaison between the Managing Director, internal teams and external partners across Saudi Arabia and Europe.
• Assist with project‑related tasks, documentation and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

• Proactive, culturally agile and able to work in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience supporting senior executives or managing complex schedules.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and to Europe.
