Budgeting and Reporting Supervisor

About the role

The Budgeting and Reporting Supervisor leads the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of the organization’s financial budgets and reports. This role ensures that budgeting processes align with strategic objectives and that performance insights are delivered to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in developing the annual budget and multi‑year financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor budget performance throughout the year, identify variances and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Perform scenario analysis and financial modelling to assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Produce regular management reports, dashboards and KPIs that highlight financial performance and operational metrics.
• Support functional leaders in managing their budgets, providing analytical insights and cost‑control recommendations.
• Collect, analyse and interpret large data sets to identify trends and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience preparing annual budgets and multi‑year forecasts.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in variance analysis and root‑cause investigations.
• Capability to develop and present clear financial dashboards and performance reports.
