Business Continuity Management Officer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing B2B Fin‑Tech leader in Saudi Arabia as a Business Continuity Management Officer. You will help safeguard critical business functions by designing, testing, and maintaining continuity and disaster recovery plans that meet regulatory and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) across the organization.
• Coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) with various business units.
• Support creation and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
• Maintain incident management and emergency response protocols.
• Organize periodic BCP drills and tabletop exercises.
• Ensure all BCM documentation complies with SAMA regulations and ISO 22301.
• Track continuity risks and recommend mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing BCP and DRP plans.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
