About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Developer to expand our presence across target industries in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership development.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across selected sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
- Lead outreach through networking, referrals, events, and direct engagement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Develop long‑term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internally to align projects with client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Support the creation of sales materials, case studies, and business proposals.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Client Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to independently manage pipelines and drive revenue growth.
- Professional presence with strong presentation and networking skills.
- Background in an agency, creative, branding, digital, or marketing environment is a plus.
