Business Development Executive

About the role

Noumira Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive in Riyadh to support its growth and expand its client portfolio. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking and targeted outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and presentations to negotiations and contract signing.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on prospective opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue growth and the agency's long-term business development strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field (the original advert does not state this as mandatory).
• Understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and commercial market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented, with a proven ability to acquire clients and close deals.
