Business Development Growth Associate

About the role

AZM ICT is hiring a full-time permanent BD Growth Associate in Riyadh. The role covers consultancy and business modelling, regulatory qualifications and classifications, proposals and bids, and commercial support for account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases and PPP / revenue-share financial models (revenue streams, CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, breakeven, sensitivity), market sizing and benchmarking, and mini-advisory projects under framework agreements.
• Manage regulatory qualifications (DGA, Digital Trust Services licence, Vendor Technical Classification, Tasneef classification, ISO and CMMI cycles, IP registration).
• Define proposal win strategies, build and validate commercial and PPP financial models including BOQs, and run quality assurance reviews.
• Maintain the commercial pipeline, support cross-selling and upselling, and contribute to investor presentations and board materials.
• Support Account Managers with research and RFP shaping, and build a reusable knowledge base of benchmarks, sector insights and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or another quantitative field; MBA, CFA, CMA or APMP preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, PPP or transaction advisory, corporate finance, or bid management and business development in ICT or government services.
• Good understanding of Etimad, the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, and SME and local-content preferences.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and business cases in Excel.
• Market sizing, benchmarking and competitor analysis; issue trees and MECE frameworks.
• Arabic and English business writing, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Practical experience with AI tools for research, content and financial modelling.
