Center Accountant – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Center Accountant (Accounts Receivable) will manage receivable activities for a sales centre and warehouse environment in Jeddah. The role ensures accurate cash collection, customer account reconciliation, and inventory verification while supporting finance, sales, and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounts receivable transactions linked to warehouse and sales operations.
• Record, reconcile and post cash collections from salesmen (delivery drivers) against customer invoices.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances, follow up overdue accounts and prepare aging reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams to resolve account discrepancies and verify sales, returns and cash settlements.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconcile stock with system records and address variances.
• Handle daily cash counting, reconciliation and deposit procedures, reporting any shortages.
• Prepare daily and monthly AR and collection reports, maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
• Support audit activities by providing organized financial and inventory records.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of sales accounting experience in manufacturing, FMCG or retail.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to coordinate across functions.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of sales accounting principles.
• Hands‑on experience with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
