About the role

The Global Search Company, a leading multi‑facet conglomerate operating across the Middle‑East, is seeking a senior finance leader to join its executive team in Riyadh as Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will steer the organisation’s financial direction, ensuring robust control, strategic growth and compliance with regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial control, risk management and group reporting.
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting cycle.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against business plans.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage group tax planning, accounting and investor relations.
• Direct cash‑flow management, banking covenants and fundraising activities.
• Drive mergers and acquisitions, investment management and fundraising initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing finance functions in a business with $500 million+ turnover.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large finance teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Middle‑East financial regulations and tax environments.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting and risk management.
