CNC Operator – Ministry of Defense, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to work on laser cutting machines for the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC equipment to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Load cutting programs, calibrate laser intensity, beam focus and feed rate, and install appropriate fixtures.
• Safely load, position and unload raw material and finished components.
• Perform dimensional inspections with calipers, tape measures and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance such as cleaning optics, checking nozzles and removing debris.
• Monitor the cutting process, identify and resolve malfunctions, material defects or programming errors.
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures, wearing required protective equipment and keeping the work area clean.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering (HSC level acceptable).
• Minimum three years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
• Experience in industrial environments such as training institutes, overseas companies or group of companies.
