Commercial Director – Luxury Hotel & Residences

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a core member of the Hotel Leadership Team, responsible for driving strategic commercial performance across sales, marketing, revenue management, reservations and public relations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial functions, including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing Communications and Public Relations.
• Develop and implement the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget aligned with property objectives.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to define pricing, channel strategy, segmentation and promotional planning.
• Drive brand awareness through PR strategy, media relations and content marketing.
• Lead social media strategy and execution to enhance the hotel’s digital presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or senior commercial leader in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Ability to work closely with the General Manager and be a core member of the Hotel Leadership Team.
• Strong track record of maximizing revenue and building brand positioning.
