About the role

As a Content Creator at SATEL, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of every vacant residential unit in our portfolio. Through high‑quality photography, video, and virtual tours, you will connect prospective tenants with their future homes.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and edit professional photographs of vacant units, with a minimum of two visits per asset each month.
• Produce video content for each unit, delivering at least one video per asset per month.
• Create virtual tours covering the entire portfolio.
• Maintain a complete, up‑to‑date visual library for each asset.
• Log every shoot, edit, and delivery on the day it occurs and ensure all visuals meet brand standards before release.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense; you instantly recognize how a space should be captured.
• Ability to deliver on time, understanding that delayed assets delay leases.
• Self‑motivated and able to set and uphold quality standards without constant direction.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
