Contracts Manager – Real Estate & Mixed-Use Developments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the full lifecycle of contracts for large‑scale mixed‑use and high‑profile real‑estate developments in Riyadh. The role ensures the company’s commercial interests are protected while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review and issuance of tender documents, contracts and Letters of Award.
• Support tender evaluation, commercial assessment, qualification and risk analysis.
• Administer contracts from award through close‑out, handling notices, correspondence and records.
• Manage variation orders, change processes and commercial adjustments.
• Oversee claims management including extensions of time, cost and disruption claims.
• Monitor contractual compliance, identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Legal, Procurement, Project Controls and Delivery teams.
• Lead contract close‑out activities, final accounts and lessons‑learned documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of contract management experience in real‑estate or large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases.
