CRM Dynamics Consultant (On-site, 4 months)

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Dynamics Consultant to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a leasing portal in Saudi Arabia. The position is on‑site for a four‑month fixed‑term project, collaborating closely with API developers and the leasing operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and business process flows to support the leasing journey from inquiry to lease sign‑off.
• Build and maintain the integration layer that synchronizes data between the portal and Dynamics, handling unit availability, agent assignment, inquiry routing, and lease‑status transitions.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs to automate notifications and approval steps for the leasing team.
• Model and maintain account hierarchies and company profiles within Dynamics, supporting sub‑accounts and related structures.
• Support renewal and termination workflows, ensuring Dynamics triggers appropriate portal notifications and records.
• Create reporting dashboards in Dynamics or Power BI for leasing and community‑management teams.
• Manage security roles, field‑level permissions, and data‑privacy configurations for portal‑originated records.
• Participate in data‑mapping, migration exercises, UAT, and provide production support during hyper‑care.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/Customer Engagement) development and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics customization tools such as plugins (C#), custom workflows, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Dynamics Web API.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external web/portal applications via REST APIs or Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Familiarity with the real‑estate or leasing domain is a strong plus.
• Ability to support UAT, hyper‑care, and production support activities.
