Deputy Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Jeddah)

About the role

Bvlgari Middle East is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for its Jeddah boutique, open to Saudi Arabian nationals only. You will model the behaviours, business acumen and coaching posture expected of a luxury retail leader, while representing the Maison at local and regional events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving business targets and ensure daily boutique excellence through operations, problem‑solving and team development.
• Act as the reference person for sales‑floor queries, providing quick solutions and feedback to sales and after‑sale teams.
• Manage client concerns, disputes and complaints, guaranteeing high customer satisfaction and appropriate discount approvals.
• Assist in rota management and back‑office coordination when the Head of Back Office is absent.
• Analyse business trends, identify best‑ and slow‑selling items and generate ideas to boost performance.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a sales role with strong commercial acumen and a proven record of meeting personal and store targets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a sales team, handling client relationships both inside and outside the boutique.
• Knowledge of the luxury industry, curiosity about market competition and commitment to upholding brand guidelines.
