Design Manager – Mobility Systems (Expo)

About the role

The Design Manager – Mobility Systems will lead the planning, design review, coordination and integration of mobility‑related infrastructure for the Expo 2030 Riyadh project. This full‑time position is based in Riyadh and works closely with multiple consultants, the client (Expo 2030 Riyadh Company) and internal teams to deliver roads, highways, streetscapes, parking, Park & Ride, pedestrian and cycling networks, and related civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design and integration of roads, highways, junctions and streetscapes.
• Oversee parking facilities, Park & Ride infrastructure and related civil works.
• Coordinate pedestrian and cycling network designs.
• Ensure transport‑related utilities interfaces are incorporated into the overall design.
• Lead design review workshops and stakeholder meetings to confirm constructability and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to keep designs within scope, schedule and budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mobility‑infrastructure design packages.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple consultants and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
