About the role

The Director of Finance will act as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s service objectives and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, monitor, and adjust the annual operating budget and forecast sales versus expenses.
• Analyse financial data, market trends and cost‑benefit scenarios to identify profit‑improvement opportunities.
• Provide analytical support during budget reviews, highlighting cost‑saving and productivity initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong accounting controls, risk‑management systems, and audit processes.
• Lead the finance team, communicate strategic priorities, and influence executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to break down complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Creative problem‑solver capable of designing new business plans and improving profit margins.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide finance teams and collaborate with senior management.
