Director of Shared Services (Procurement, ICT & Facilities)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Shared Services to lead procurement, ICT, and facilities functions. The role combines strategic planning, cost optimisation and digital transformation to support the organisation’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement operations, including sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Develop and execute regional procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, customs requirements and internal controls.
• Oversee the Procure‑to‑Pay cycle and maintain zero‑deficiency standards.
• Manage ICT procurement, vendor contracts, SLAs and renewal cycles.
• Define and implement IT strategies, supervise technology projects and ICT team.
• Maintain ICT asset management, security policies and IT service management processes.
• Direct day‑to‑day facilities operations, space planning and maintenance programmes.
• Control facilities budget and drive cost‑efficiency in utilities and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in procurement, IT vendor management and facilities management.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations and customs compliance.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
