Document Controller

About the role

The Document Controller will lead document control activities for routine test reports and work instructions, ensuring high‑quality documentation and timely delivery of RTR reports across multiple production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master lists for each project and control document quality.
• Update monthly Excel tracking sheets and manage project call inputs.
• Correct and maintain SFM Board data for all lines (TR+, SPU, STR).
• Print resistance documents from SAP (VA03) and verify checklist readiness.
• Prepare pre‑reports (ELK‑3) and extract test reports from ACTAS/MES.
• Maintain tool lists, consumable alerts and attend cross‑functional SFM meetings.
• Coordinate with MES teams to back‑up .brk files and prevent corruption.
• Work with Quality to revise documents and support process stream mapping.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a production facility (assembly & testing).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and material lists.
• Understanding of lean concepts and waste reduction.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
