Door Attendant - Raffles The Red Sea (Saudi National)

About the role

Raffles The Red Sea, part of the Red Sea Project in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Door Attendant. The resort has 361 rooms, 11 dining concepts including an overwater restaurant, and a spa, and aims to blend Raffles' personalized service with the natural beauty and sustainability of the Red Sea destination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, using their names and titles where possible.
• Open and close vehicle and resort doors professionally, ensuring a polished arrival experience.
• Coordinate with the Bell Team, Valet and Front Office to manage luggage and transportation needs.
• Assist the Valet team with parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the entrance and public areas.
• Share knowledge of the resort's nature-focused concept and the Red Sea destination.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively without being intrusive, and ensure the safety of the entrance area.
• Follow Raffles and Accor hygiene, safety and service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality management degree is an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
• Valid driving licence and experience with luxury vehicle handling.
• Fluent English; Arabic and other languages are a significant asset.
• Strong physical stamina, able to stand for long periods and lift or move objects over 75 pounds.
• Experience in a resort pre-opening environment is highly desirable; pre-opening experience is stated as a must.
