Electrical Technician III – Maintenance (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

KBR is seeking an Electrical Technician III to perform day‑to‑day maintenance on electrical systems, equipment and facilities within its Saudi Arabian operations. The role focuses on executing preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine and corrective maintenance on HV/LV switchgear, protection relays, circuit breakers, bus bar contactors, motor starters and ATS.
• Perform testing and diagnostics on transformers, partial discharge capacitors, and motor current signatures.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical assets to improve system availability and reliability.
• Receive work orders from the Electrical Supervisor, track progress and submit regular reports.
• Maintain accurate records of daily maintenance activities against planned programs.
• Enforce SATORP safety, quality and procedural requirements during all maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures in an oil‑and‑gas environment.
• Ability to follow work directions, document activities and communicate progress effectively.
