ENT Registrar (Otolaryngology) – Clinical Role

About the role

The ENT Registrar provides high‑quality, patient‑centered ear, nose and throat services across both in‑person and virtual settings, working under the supervision of a Consultant ENT at Bupa CareConnect.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ENT assessments in physical and telemedicine consultations, reviewing history, investigations and imaging.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans, prescribe medication and recommend non‑pharmacological interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system and ensure compliance with governance and patient‑safety standards.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, audits and multidisciplinary case reviews.
• Coordinate referrals, investigations and continuity of care between virtual and physical services.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and preventive ENT care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and maintain active SCFHS registration.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or equivalent licensing.
• Qualified ENT specialist able to work under a Consultant ENT.
• Experience delivering care through both onsite and telehealth channels.
• Commitment to clinical quality, patient safety and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Required skills

• ENT diagnostic skills and familiarity with otolaryngology examination tools.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and virtual consultation platforms.
• Competence in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.
