Enterprise Risk Architecture Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Architecture Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) architecture and risk data aggregation framework. This position reports to the section head and acts as the successor and backup for the role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve policies, processes, and procedures related to enterprise risk.
• Design and maintain functional, technical, and data architectures for ERM.
• Implement the Risk Data Aggregation framework (BCBS 239) in line with the bank’s strategy.
• Deploy and support ERM system solutions and the OBIEE platform.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, Business Technology, and vendors to integrate and acquire risk management tools.
• Conduct current‑state assessments and execute road‑maps toward target architecture.
• Prepare and present regular risk reports and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field; postgraduate preferred.
• Professional certifications in Enterprise Risk Architecture, IT Architecture, or Security Architecture.
• 4‑6 years of experience in the banking sector focusing on enterprise risk and system/security architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
