Facilities Management Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management Director to lead all FM operations for a major project in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Facilities Management strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Lead hard services, soft services, maintenance, and asset management activities.
• Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, forecasting and financial performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Prepare management reports, operational analyses and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
• Professional certifications in Facilities Management are a plus.
