A prominent private investment group is seeking a Finance Director to institutionalize its finance function and oversee the financial management of a diversified, asset‑heavy portfolio. This senior leadership position blends real‑estate transaction expertise with operational oversight of high‑growth subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial execution and structuring of large‑scale real‑estate acquisitions, capital structures, and SPV oversight.
• Drive the transition to international finance standards, including IFRS remediation, group‑wide reporting standardization, and robust monthly close processes.
• Oversee portfolio asset management, providing board‑level analysis of IRR, NPV, and capital allocation efficiency.
• Manage treasury and debt strategy, cultivating relationships with regional financial institutions for project financing and liquidity management.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to international operational platforms, ensuring working‑capital optimization and institutional‑grade discipline.

Required profile

• 12+ years of senior finance leadership experience in an investment firm, holding, private‑equity, or dedicated real‑estate investment arm.
• Proven track record in structuring and executing large‑scale real‑estate investment deals.
• Demonstrated success in professionalizing finance departments and building institutional‑grade systems.
• Native‑level Arabic fluency and ability to conduct board‑level discussions in Arabic and English.
• Professional designation such as CA, CPA, or CFA.
