Finance Manager – Lead Financial Operations

About the role

Golden Elite Catering Services is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and support strategic growth within the aviation hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop, monitor and control budgets and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations such as ZATCA, GOSI and WPS.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and improve financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Support business planning, investment decisions and operational performance improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation and payroll practices.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• ERP systems – Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
